I'm delighted that you have taken a minute to visit and hope that you will return again and again. My prayer is that as you join me daily that you will be inspired, encouraged, uplifted, set-free and even delivered. I hope that you find my openness and transparency as a woman of God, a wife, mother, mentor and friend to be a blessing to you. I hope that you can somehow find yourself in the daily insights, thoughts and prayers and that it will inspire and encourage you throughout your day. I pray that each entry will reflect Jesus, showing Him as Lord of my life, and that it will be a testimony to His grace, mercy and faithfulness that is always prevalent in the lives of all who call on His name.

Praise the Lord!!! I know it’s been a minute since I’ve written. I've been consumed the last three weeks with dance team responsibilities and making plans for my husband's birthday. Praise God for His grace that’s has literally escorted me the last few weeks. I must say that through it all the Lord has been good. I'm so thankful for His overwhelming demonstration of love towards me...our One Family Service and dance, Resurrection Sunday Dance, and Albert’s birthday week were above all I could have asked or thought. HE is so faithful!!! During my time of “getting things done” the Holy Spirit was still speaking to my heart. I was doing my best to write things down here and there, but it will be a few days before I can totally download it all. I am purposing to put pen to paper, or should I say, fingers to keyboard every day this week (Pray for me y’all –lol). I'm re-posting this blog entry from a while back.....just thought it was apropos (at least for me ~ lol). Be BLESSED in His presence today!!! Those who are close to me know that Mondays are my MARATHON day. I start early and end late. And although I'm not a "Monday-hater" is the day that puts reality in my face: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. It's on Mondays that I'm reminded that I have deadlines, bills due, and needy children. It's on Mondays that I must look forward not back. It's on Mondays that difficult decisions are made that set the tone for the rest of the week. It's on Mondays that I'm reminded that I'm a wife, covenanted to love and respect my husband. It's on Mondays that I'm reminded that I'm a mother and grandmother, that have children who need nurturing, love and daily encouragement.
