Over the years I’ve had the honor of meeting some wonderful, talented, gifted, anointed and skilled people, many of which I admire & love deeply … but I soon came to realize that no matter how much of a giant or GOAT these awesome people were in their particular field, that they all had, have, experienced moments of insecurities and doubt in their skill at some point in their career & journey. As a matter of fact, every person I know that has had major impact and success in the earth has had moments when they doubted themselves — yes, we ALL have or will go through it. But THANKS be to our God who is, and will always be right there to assure and reassure us of who we are, of who HE has called us to be, gently reminding us that we are “His workmanship”. 


Listen, if you’re struggling with your worth, your value, your place, your positioning … in life, in ministry, in your career — if you’re experiencing a moment (a season) of insecurity, KNOW and REST in this … You are “HIS workmanship, created for GOOD works” (Eph 2:10). You ARE gifted and equipped to do the work. 


You are created, equipped, skilled, and anointed unto GOOD works. Amen.


You ARE who HE says you are. Period


Be encouraged in the LORD!!

Praise the Lord!!! I know it’s been a minute since I’ve written. I've been consumed the last three weeks with dance team responsibilities and making plans for my husband's birthday. Praise God for His grace that’s has literally escorted me the last few weeks. I must say that through it all the Lord has been good. I'm so thankful for His overwhelming demonstration of love towards me...our One Family Service and dance, Resurrection Sunday Dance, and Albert’s birthday week were above all I could have asked or thought. HE is so faithful!!! During my time of “getting things done” the Holy Spirit was still speaking to my heart. I was doing my best to write things down here and there, but it will be a few days before I can totally download it all. I'm re-posting this blog entry from a while back.....just thought it was apropos (at least for me ~ lol). Be BLESSED in His presence today!!! Those who are close to me know that Mondays are my MARATHON day. I start early and end late. And although I'm not a "Monday-hater" is the day that puts reality in my face: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. It's on Mondays that I'm reminded that I have deadlines, bills due, and needy children. It's on Mondays that I must look forward not back. It's on Mondays that difficult decisions are made that set the tone for the rest of the week. It's on Mondays that I'm reminded that I'm a wife, covenanted to love and respect my husband. It's on Mondays that I'm reminded that I'm a mother and grandmother, that have children who need nurturing, love and daily encouragement. Let It Rise

The Holy Spirit dropped a song in spirit yesterday evening that I just can't stop singing. The song is called Let It Rise by William Murphy III. Let the glory of the Lord rise among us Let the glory of the Lord rise among us Let the praises of our King rise among us Let it rise Oh, let it rise Let the songs of the Lord rise among us Let the songs of the Lord rise among us Let the joy of our King rise among us Let it rise Oh, let it rise I hadn’t heard that song in quite some time, so when I heard it bellowing up from my belly I knew it was the Lord speaking to me. The Word of God says that, out of your belly shall flow RIVERS of living water (John 7:38). Get that….The Lord will bring a word of deliverance and freedom from your own belly. Selah.
